Machine Description
The operation is manually/PLC based. The inner chamber of the Autoclave is fabricated with stainless steel AISI-316. The chamber jacket is also made of stainless steel. Backing S.S strips on outer periphery of the chamber are argon welded to ensure complete corrosion control.
The hinged autoclave door is provided with radial levers & central hand wheel resting on ball bearings.

  2. Temperature & Pressure Control.
  3. Monitoring load temperature.
  4. Stage indication.
  5. Recording of Temperature & Pressure.
